口服八宝丹治疗肛瘘的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨口服八宝丹治疗肛瘘的临床疗效，将110例无法手术治疗的肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各55例，治疗组口服中成药八宝丹治疗，0．6g／次，3次／d；对照组口服可乐必妥，0．5g／次，1次／d。对比两组患者总体疗效。结果显示，治疗组总有效率（49／55，89．10％）明最高于对照组（41／55，74．5,5％），P〈0．05。结果表明，口服八宝丹治疗无法手术治疗的肛瘘患者，不失为一种理想的方法。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of oral Babao Dan（a capsule composed from 8 Chinese drugs） in the treatment of anal fistula.The 110 patients immedicable by surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, n =55,for each group;the former orally administered Babao Dan,0.6 g/time,3 times/d;while the latter orally administered clomid,0.5 g/time, 1 time/d;then,the total therapeutic efficacy were compared bettwen both groups. As results, the total effective rate of treatment group （49/55,89.10%） was significantly higher than that of control group （41/55,74.55%）（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that oral Babao Dan for anal fistula patient immedicable by surgery can still serve as a ideal therapy.
