单纯切开引流术加中药外用治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨单纯切开引流术加中药外用治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿的疗效，采用此方法治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿78例。结果显示，78例患儿中，67例治愈，11例形成肛瘘（术后3个月随访发现6例自愈，5例未愈）。治愈率为93．6％（73／78）。平均住院时间为7．5d，创面愈合时间为17．5d。术后随访6个月至2年，患儿肛门功能均正常，均无肛门失禁、狭窄、畸形等后遗症。结果表明，单纯切开引流术加中药外用治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿创伤小，效果理想，而且可在无麻醉情况下进行，操作简单，患儿痛苦小，后遗症少，值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the effect of simple incision ＆ drainage plus external use of Chinese herbal drugs for treating infant＇s perianal abscess.The 78 cases of infant＇s perianal abscess received this therapy.As results,68 cases were cured, 11 suffered from anal fistula（i.e the follow-up at 3 months after operation found fistula being self cured in 6 cases,rest 5 being of non cured） ,thus curative rate was 93.6% （73/78） ;average hospitalization time was 7.5 days;the time for wound-surface healing was 17.5 days;postoperative follow-up for 6-24 months did not find any anal incontinence,stenosis and deformity,etc sequela, the anal function of all cases was normal.Results show that above combined therapy for infant＇s perianal abscess has more ideal effect,less tranma,and its manipulation is simple and fast and need no anesthesia,pain of patients is mild and few sequela,thus worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
