中药熏洗坐浴在复杂性肛瘘手术后的应用效果

摘　　要：为探讨中药熏洗坐浴在复杂性肛瘘手术后的应用效果，将100例行低切高挂术治疗的复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组术后应用中药熏洗坐浴（主要成分为透骨草、艾叶、荆芥、防风和花椒），对照组应用1：5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴，对比两组患者疗效、创面愈合时间及复发率。结果显示，观察组治愈35例，显效13例，有效1例，无效1例，总有效率为98．0％（49／50）；对照组治愈30例，显效7例，有效5例，无效8例，总有效率为84．0％（42／50）。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组。P〈0．05。而且观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组[（15．5±4．6）d和（20．2±6．2）d]，P〈0．05；复发率明显低于对照组（0和4．0％），P〈0．05。结果表明，复杂性肛瘘行低切高挂术后配合中药熏洗坐浴可提高手术疗效，缩短创面愈合时间，降低术后复发率。This study was to investigate the efficacy of fuming ＆ wash sitz bath with Chinese herb after the surgery of complex anal fistula,randomly divided 100 cases of this fistula who had received low incision high thread-drawing procedure into observation group and control group, n = 50 for each group;after operation observation group took Chinese herb （main ingredients including Speranskia Tuberculata , Folium Artemisiae Argyi , Herba Schizonepetae , Radix Ledebouriellae and Pericarpium Zanthoxyli ） for fuming ＆ wash sitz bath, while control group took 1 ： 5000PP solution for do so; then the curative effect ,the time for wound surface healing and the recurrence rate of both groups were compared and analyzed.As results, in observation group 35 cases were cured, 13 of excellent response, 1 of response,1 of nonresponse,and total effective rate was 98.0%（49/50）; in control group 30 cases,7,5,8 and 84.0% （42/50）, respectively ; the total effective rate, the time for wound-surface healing [（15.5 ± 4.6） d in observation group versus （20.2 ±6.2） d in control group] and recurrence rate of observation group was significantly higher, shorter and lower than that of control group, respectively（ P 〈0.05,at all）. Results show that for complex anal fistula performing low incision ＆ high thread-drawing plus fuming ＆ wash sitz bath with Chinese herb can enhance operative effect, shorten the time for wound-surface healing, and reduce postoperative recurrence rate.
