盐酸利多卡因凝胶在肛肠疾病术前清洁灌肠中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨盐酸利多卡因凝胶局部外涂在肛肠疾病术前清洁灌肠中的应用价值，回顾2012年10月至2013年5月肛肠疾病术前清洁灌肠前予盐酸利多卡因凝胶润滑肛门者（观察组，102例）和未予盐酸利多卡因凝胶润滑肛门者（对照组，96例）的资料，就两组患者灌肠过程中的疼痛评分、肠道清洁程度、患者依从性、直肠黏膜损伤情况进行对比分析。结果显示，观察组患者灌肠过程中的疼痛评分、重度直肠黏膜损伤发生率均明显低于对照组，肠道清洁程度和患者依从性均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结果表明，肛肠疾病术前患者清洁灌肠前应用盐酸利多卡因凝胶润滑肛门效果优于常规清洁灌肠。In order to probe into the application value of Lidocaine hydrochloride gel used in clean enema before operation for colorectal diseases,authors retrospectively reviewed the data of 198 patients who had received preoperative clean enema of colorectal diseases among whom 102 cases received Lidocaine hydrochloride gel （as observation group）, 96 did not receive this one（as control group）, compared and analyzed the score of pain during enema, the bowel clean degree,patient＇s compliance and the status about rectal mucosa trauma between both groups.As results,in observation group the score of pain and the incidence of severe rectum mucosa trauma,as well as the bowel clean degree and patient＇s compliance were significantly lower as well as superior to control group（ P 〈0.05,at all）.Results show that using Lidocaine hydrochloride has better efficacy than using routine enema before colorectal disease surgery.
