摘  要:采用活性荧光黄FL和分散荧光黄10GN对65/35涤棉混纺针织物进行染色,探讨了染色温度、纯碱、氯化钠和染料用量对织物K/S值的影响,分析了染色织物的荧光效果,测试了染色织物的牢度。研究结果表明,分散荧光黄10GN/活性荧光黄FL对涤棉织物最佳染色工艺为:分散荧光黄10GN 0.5%(omf),活性荧光黄FL 6%(omf),纯碱10 g/L,氯化钠50 g/L,先使分散荧光黄10GN在高温条件下上染涤纶,再降温至60℃加碱使活性荧光黄FL上染棉,染色涤织物可满足警示服的荧光要求,但非荧光活性染料的加入对染色棉织物的荧光强度影响很大;荧光染色涤棉织物具有较好的耐洗和摩擦牢度。The reactive fluorescence yellow FL and disperse fluorescence yellow 10GN are applied to dyeing of polyester/cotton fabrics. The effects of dyeing temperature, sodium carbonate, sodium chloride and dyes concentrations on K/S value of the dyeings are discussed, and the fluorescence effect and the color fastness of the dyeings are analyzed. The results show that the optimum dyeing process of polyester/cotton fabrics with reactive fluorescence yellow FL/disperse fluorescence yellow 10GN is reactive fluorescence yellow FL 6%(omf), disperse fluorescence yellow IOGN 0.5%(omf), sodium carbonate 10 g/L, sodium chloride 50 g/L, dyeing of polyester component at high temperature followed by dyeing of cotton component at 60 ℃ by adding sodium carbonate. The polyester/cotton dyeings can reach the requirement of fluorescent effects of warning clothing with good color fastness to washing and rubbing. The use of non-fluorescent reactive dyes has some influence on the fluorescent effects.
