摘　　要：依据环形加热炉实际工程案例,详细介绍了环形炉控制系统中燃烧控制,炉膛压力控制、炉底旋转控制、升温曲线预览、水封槽水位控制、液压站控制、流量计量、历史数据记录等。实践表明:环形炉控制系统运行稳定,用户界面友好,操作简单,可满足企业实际需要。Based on the actual project cases of annular furnace, the combustion control, pressure control of the furnace, furnace hearth rotary control, temperature curve preview, water seal tank water level control, the control of the hydraulic pressure station and flow metering, historical data record of annular furnace control system were introduced in detail. The practices show that the control system of annular furnace runs stably, the user interface is friendly, and the operation is simple. It could meet actual needs of the enterprise.
