摘　　要：目前莱钢炼钢厂非精炼钢使用全浇注料钢包,精炼钢使用全镁碳砖砌筑钢包,两种钢包在使用寿命、温降、成本等方面有明显差异,给转炉操作及生产节奏和成本控制带来很大困难。通过研究,研制开发了适合炼钢厂生产条件的综合砌筑钢包,达到了稳定生产、降低成本的目的。At the present, the pouring ladle is used when delivery unpurified steel and the Mg-C lining ladle is used when delivery purified steel in Laiwu steelmaking factory. There are visible differences between these two ladle in the ways of lifetime, heat drop and cost, which becomes a lot of difficult for manipulation of converter, production rhythm and cost control. Through research and analysis, the suitable combined masonry ladle is developed for production conditions of steel making factory, which achieves the purpose of stable production and lower cost.
