乳癖散结胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗男性乳房异常发育症

摘　　要：目的：评价乳癖散结胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗男性乳房异常发育症的疗效。方法60例男性乳房异常发育症患者，随机分为两组，各30例。对照组患者单纯采用枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗。结果观察组总有效率100.00%，高于对照组总有效率（73.33%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组复发率20.00%，低于对照组复发率（72.72%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。治疗后，观察组患者雌二醇（E2）水平的降低程度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论乳癖散结胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗男性乳房异常发育症患者疗效显著，复发率低，可以改善患者的E2水平。Objective To evaluate the effects of Rupi Sanjie capsule combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets on the treatment of male breast dysplasia syndrome. Methods Total of 60 male patients with breast dysplasiawere randomly divided into two groups such asthe control group（30 cases, treated with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets） and the observation group（30 cases treated with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets combining with Rupi Sanjie capsules）. Results Total effective rate of the observation group（100.00%） was higher than that of the control group（73.33%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The recurrence rate of the observation group （20.00%） was lower than that of the control group（72.72%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the level of estradiol （E2） in patients of the observation group was significantly decreased as compared with that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rubi Sanjie capsule combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets shows good curative effect and low recurrence rate inwith the treatment of male breast hyperplasiaby regulating the level of E2.
