HPLC法同时测定氯地霜中氯霉素、醋酸地塞米松的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法同时测定氯地霜中氯霉素和醋酸地塞米松含量的方法。方法：Agilent C18色谱柱（150 mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇（A）-水（B）,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 m L/min;柱温20℃;检测波长240 nm。结果：氯霉素、醋酸地塞米松的线性范围分别为0.784-7.840μg（r=0.999 8）、0.019 84-0.198 40μg（r=0.999 7）;平均加样回收率分别为99.00%、98.91%,RSD分别为0.29%、0.89%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便准确,重现性好,可用于氯地霜的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone acetate in Compount Pexamethasone cream.Methods ：The chromatographic separation was performed on a Agilent C18 column with a mixture of methanol - water as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was maintained at 20 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 240 nm.Resuhs：The calibration curves in the range of 0.784-7.840 μg （r=0.999 8） for chloramphenicol and 0.019 84-0.198 40 μg （r=0.999 7） for dexamethasone acetate were good linear,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.00% and 98.91% ;RSD were 0.29% and 0.89%（n=6）. Conclusion：An accurate method can be used for the quality control of Compount Pexamethasone cream.
