摘 要:立井井筒的破裂严重威胁矿井的安全生产。从井筒内壁加固立井是治理和预防井壁破裂的措施之一。基于弹性理论,推导得到了立井内壁处各应力分量的表达式,分析了内壁加固对各应力分量的影响,探讨立井井筒内壁加固的作用机理,并结合工程实例对内壁加固效果进行了定量分析。计算表明内壁加固使立井体内竖向应力减小,从而提高了立井的安全储备。内壁加固可通过组装压力钢板得以实现,其施工简单、占用井筒时间短、费用低廉,但需确保压力钢板对立井内壁的压力作用须达到指定设计值。研究结论为立井井壁的内壁加固提供理论依据。The safety production of coal mine is seriously threatened by the rupture of shaft wall .Shaft wall could be reinforced at inner wall to avoid failure .Based on the theory of elasticity ,the analytic solution of stress components at inner wall of shaft wall of coal mine has been deduced .And the influence of reinforcement at inner wall on the value of stress components of inner wall has been studied .The mechanism and effect of reinforcement at inner wall has been discussed with case study .It can be found that the vertical stress of shaft wall decreased when reinforcement at inner wall ,which enhanced the stability of shaft wall . Reinforcement at inner wall can be realized by assembling pressure steel plate at inner wall ,with the characteristics of simple construction ,short time of occupying the shaft wall and low cost .The key point of reinforcement at inner wall is to maintain the pressure of steel plate at design value .The results of this study would provide theoretical basis for inner wall reinforcement of shaft wall .
