心理逻辑模型下的中医诊疗思维过程研究

摘　　要：以中医临床诊疗中常用的思维推理方式为研究对象,运用认知逻辑的研究方法,剖析中医诊疗中常见的逻辑推理过程,探析中医医生的诊疗思维模式。研究发现4种常见的逻辑推理形式在中医诊疗过程中均有具体表现形式及指导价值,中医医生的诊疗思维过程是由溯因、类比、归纳三条并行通道和一条串行演绎通道共同组成的复合思维模型,经验、信念、情绪等心理因素也会对诊疗思维推理过程产生影响。综合心理认知因素的复合思维模型,有助于整体诠释中医诊疗过程;可以为研究中医诊疗过程提供新的认识途径,为在此基础上开展的认知图式研究提供参考经验。To explore TCM doctors＇ mode and the process of logical reasoning of TCM diagnosis and treatment, regarded reasoning modes as research objects, by adopting methods of epistemic logic. The TCM doctors＇ thinking process of diagnosis and treatment is a composite model of thinking, consisted of three parallel channels of abductive reasoning, analogic reasoning and inductive reasoning and one serial channel of deductive reasoning. The process can also be influenced by experiences, conviction, emotion and other psychological factors. The model which contains complicated recognition psychology factors will contribute to interpretation of the process of TCM diagnosis and treatment on the whole, to open a new way of understanding and to provide further reference for the research on the cognitive schema.
