摘 要:目的探讨体检者舌色的亮度与外周血红细胞参数的相关性。方法以972名体检者为研究对象,进行舌色诊,同时拍摄舌图像。采集静脉血,测量外周血的红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白含量(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)。对舌图像进行色彩校正后,提取舌缘的色度值进行统计分析。结果根据各舌色亮度值(L值),把舌色分成淡红舌组、红舌组、暗舌组与明舌组,4组间的舌色L值经两两比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。女性淡红舌、红舌组的L值均比男性高(P<0.01),淡红舌、明舌组L值随年龄增长而降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。红舌、暗舌组的RBC、HGB、HCT高于淡红舌与明舌组,男性较女性显著,与年龄呈一定的相关性。明舌组中≥50岁的RDW高于其他年龄段(P<0.05)。结论舌色亮度的降低与RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV升高有关。舌色的亮度与气血的状态之间存在着密切的关联,可作为度量气血的参考指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between brightness of tongue and the parameters of peripheral red blood cells (pRBC). Methods 972 subjects undergoing physical examination took Chinese medical diagnosis of tongue color and took photos of their tongues. Venous blood samples were collected, from which the parameters of pRBC were measured including blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), hematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) , mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) and red blood cell volume distribution width (RDW). After color rectification of the photos of the tongues, chromatic values were extracted from the margin of tongues for furthermore statistical analysis of relationship between tongue color and parameters of pRBC. Results Based on value of brightness ( L value), all tongues were divid- ed into four groups: pink tongue group, red tongue group, dark tongue group and bright tongue group. Significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ) was shown in paired comparison. L values of women in pink tongue group and red tongue group were higher than those of men in the same groups( P 〈 0.01 ). L value reduced with the increasing of the age in pink tongue group and bright tongue group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). That RBC, HGB and HCT of red tongue group and dark tongue group were higher than those of the other two groups, was related to age and gender. In bright tongue group, RDW of subjects at the age of 50 or above was higher than that of the other age groups. Conclusion The reduction of brightness of tongue color was related to the increasing of RBC, HGB, HCT and MCV. The brightness of tongue color is expected to be used to evaluate the condition of qi and blood.
