益肺活血颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量与肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肺活血颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能的影响,对生活质量的改善作用。方法采用平行、对照、随机研究。将128例COPD稳定期患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上,加服益肺活血颗粒。分别于治疗前1 d、第12周末,行肺功能检查,通过6 min步行试验(6MWT)、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)对患者总体健康状况进行评价。结果治疗前后比较,治疗组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC%)均显著增高(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化。治疗后两组间比较,治疗组FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组SGRQ呼吸症状评分、总分均明显下降(P<0.01),活动能力评分下降(P<0.05);治疗组SGRQ呼吸症状评分、总分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组6MWT高于治疗前(P<0.05),但2组间6MWT无显著性差异。结论益肺活血颗粒治疗COPD稳定期患者,可以明显改善肺功能,提高运动耐力、生活质量,表明该药对COPD治疗具有重要价值。Objective To explore the effect of Yifei Huoxue granule on the pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） at stable stage. Methods Altogether 128 stable COPD patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 68 ） and control group （n = 60）. The control group undertook conventional western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was treated with the combination of conventional western medicine and orally administration of Yifei Huoxue granule. On the day before treatment and at the end of the twelve-week treatment, pulmonary function was tested, and the general health status were evaluated by using six-minute walk test （6MWT） and St George＇ s Respiratory Questionnaire （SGRQ）. Results After treatment, FEV1, FEVl% and FEV1/FVC% in treatment group were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05） compared with pre-treatment, while there was no statistical difference in control group. Furthermore, FEV1, FEVI% and FEV1/ FVC% in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） after treatment. Both respiratory symptom score and total score of SGRQ in treatment group were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.01 ） after treatment, which were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈0. 05）. Activity score in treatment group was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The value of 6MWT was higher after treatment （P 〈 0.05） in treatment group, but there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group. Conclusion Yifei Huoxue granule improved markedly pulmonary function exercise tolerance and quality of life of COPD patients.
