摘 要:针对目前扭矩扳手应用过程中人为因素影响大,可控性差等问题,应用无线通信技术、微信号处理技术、单片机技术、虚拟仿真技术,设计了一种将Wi Fi无线传感器网络(WSNs)与虚拟仪器相结合的扭矩测试系统。该系统集扭矩测量、采集、校准、分析、存储、显示及预警于一体,实现了多路扭矩参数的实时准确监测和有效控制。仿真和实测结果表明:该系统测量精度可达0.4%FS,功耗低,体积小,实时性好,操作简单,长时间运行稳定可靠,适用于铁路机务、车辆检修线、厂矿等对扭矩参数的实时监控。Aiming at problems of big influence of human factors and poor controllability in process of torque wrench application presently, using wireless communication technology, micro signal processing technology, MCU technology,virtual simulation technology, design a type of torque test system based on WiFi wireless sensor networks (WSNs) combined with virtual instrument. The system integrates torque measurement, signal acquisition, calibration, analysis, storage, display and forecasting and warning and achieve real-time accurate monitoring and effective control of multiple torque parameters. Simulation and measurement results show that measurement precision of the system can reach 0.4 % FS, low power consumption, small size, good real-time performance, simple operation, stable and reliable, long time operation, and which is suitable for real-time monitoring of torque parameters in railway transportation, vehicle overhaul line, factories, and mines, etc.
