高校学报编辑职业倦怠的现状及成因分析

摘　　要：学报编辑的职业倦怠是影响学报质量的关键因素。围绕着如何防范学报编辑职业倦怠这个问题,采用层次分析法对高校学报编辑职业倦怠的成因和各影响因素进行定量分析。分析结果表明,高校学报编辑的职业倦怠主要来自编辑的工作特性、工作环境、知识结构三个方面,基于工作特性的不可转变性,克服编辑职业倦怠的重点应放在改善其工作环境和完善其知识结构上。Job burnout of the editors is the key influencing factor on the quality of academic journal.Based on how to prevent journal editor’s job burnout,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the causes and the influencing factors of academic journal editor’s job burnout by adopting hierarchy process.The results show that editor’s job burnout mainly comes from editor’s job characteristics,working environment, knowledge construction,etc.In consideration of the non-transition job characteristics,overcoming editor’ s job burnout should focus on improving the working environment and knowledge construction.
