摘  要:扩大农村地区消费需求是当前我国宏观经济面临的一项重要任务。为发展和改善我国农村消费品流通业现状,使之更好地适应农村居民消费需求的不断扩大,为农村居民提供良好的商业环境,提高农村居民消费水平,需要创新农村流通体系与流通模式,对农村消费品流通进行顶层设计。具体来讲,在区域上,可根据经济发展水平将全国农村划分为三类不同的地区,在不同地区采取差异化消费品流通业发展对策,采取有区别的扶持政策。在时间上,制定从现在起到2030年两阶段的农村流通业发展战略,并设计各阶段的目标、发展任务与支持措施。在发展模式上,应根据各地特点实施适合其发展需要的农村消费品流通模式。在发展思路上,应借助电子商务来促进农村消费品流通业的跨越式发展,实现城乡流通一体化。Stimulating the consumption demand in rural areas is one of the important tasks for China’s macro economy. To develop and improve the current situation of China’s rural consumable distribution sector,make it be better suitable to the expanding consumption demand of rural people,provide rural people with sound commercial environment and improve the consumption level of rural people,we should make innovation in rural distribution system and distribution pattern,and carry out a top-level design on rural consumable distribution. Specifically speaking,China's rural regions can be divided into three different areas based on the levels of economic development,meanwhile,different developing strategies and supporting policies are adopted for China's rural consumable distribution sector;in terms of timing,the rural distribution sector development strategy from today to 2030 can be set periodically;in terms of development model,we should implement the one suitable to the characteristics of every region;in terms of development ideas,we should promote the lead development of rural consumable distribution with the help of e-commerce and realize the integration between rural and urban distribution.
