痰热清雾化在咽喉结核及支气管内膜结核辅助治疗中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨痰热清雾化在咽喉结核及支气管内膜结核辅助治疗中的价值。方法将60例咽喉结核及支气管内膜结核患者按照奇偶数字法随机地均分为对照组与观察组,各组30例。对照组采用地塞米松联合异烟肼雾化治疗,观察组则在此基础上联合使用痰热清行雾化治疗。比较二组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、治疗前后肺通气功能变化情况、治疗后生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 1经治疗,观察组临床总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05);2观察组临床症状(咽痛、咳嗽、吞咽困难、会厌充血水肿、声嘶及支气管内白膜)改善时间均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);3二组治疗后肺通气功能(VC、FEV1.0、MVV)均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后上述指标水平也均显著高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);4根据SF-36量表评分,观察组治疗后SF-36量表各维度评分均显著高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);5二组治疗过程中均未见不良反应发生。结论痰热清雾化在咽喉结核及支气管内膜结核的辅助治疗中具有较高的价值,应在临床上进行推广、应用。Objective To assess the value of Tanreqing atomization in adjunctive therapy of throat and endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods Sixty cases of throat and endobronchial tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the law of parity figures, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given dexamethasone and isoniazid atomization, while the observation group was given the joint use of the Tanreqing line spray treatment on this basis. The clinical efficacy, clinical improvement time, changes in pulmonary function before and after treatment, quality of life and adverse events after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher （73.33%） than the control group （P〈0.05）. In the observation group, clinical symptoms （sore throat, cough, difficulty swallowing, the epiglottis edema, hoarseness and bronchial albuginea） improve time were significantly smaller than in the control group （P~ 0.05）. After treatment, pulmonary function （VC, FEV1.0, MVV） were significantly higher than be{ore treatment （P〈0.05）, these indicators of the observation group before treatment were also significantly higher than after treatment （P〈0.05）, and SF- 36 scale dimensions scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. There were no adverse reactions in two groups during treatment. Conclusion Tanreqing atomizer has a high value in the adjuvant treatment of throat and endobronchial tuberculosis, it is worthy to promotion in clinic.
