应用电视胸腔镜手术诊治肺部疾病67例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术在肺部疾病诊治中的应用价值。方法回顾分析该科2009年1月—2013年6月,采用电视胸腔镜手术诊治肺部疾病67例。结果本组无围术期死亡,均治愈或好转出院。手术并发症发生率3.0%(2/67)。自发性气胸、肺大疱、肺部良性肿瘤术后随访均无复发。结论电视胸腔镜手术在治疗肺部疾病中与传统开胸手术相比,在保证手术安全与根治的同时又有创伤小、疼痛轻、疗效可靠、术后恢复快、术后并发症少及符合美观要求等优点。Objective To explore the value of videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of lung disease. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 67 patients lung disease by using VATS were retrospective analyzed from January 2009 to June 2013. Results All patients were cured or improved, no perioperative deaths. The surgical complication rate was 3.0% （2/67）. There was no recurrence of pneurnothorax, bullae, pulmonary benign tumor during postoperative followup period. Conclusions Compared with traditional open thoraeotomy, videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of lung disease in addition to having the same surgery security and complete effect and have more advantages, such as less invasive, lighter pain, faster postoperative recovery, fewer postoperative complications and meet the aesthetic requirements and so on.
