关节镜清理联合氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察膝关节镜清理联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法收集该院2011—2013年住院行关节清理患者80例,按治疗方法不同随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组:单纯行关节镜清理术患者40例;观察组:关节镜清理术患者40例,术后辅以硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服(根据说明书建议剂量给予0.5g口服,3次/d,连续服用1个月)。术前,术后3个月、6个月对二组患者治疗前后采用膝骨关节骨性关节炎严重性指数(Lequene和Mery评分系统)进行评分,比较临床疗效。结果和治疗前相比,术后膝关节骨性关节炎评分较前明显改善(P<0.05);术后口服氨基葡萄糖胶囊组较对照组膝关节骨性关节炎评分改善(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜清理联合口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效缓解关节疼痛,有良好的近期临床疗效,但是远期效果还需进一步观察。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with oralling glucosamine sulfate capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Eighty cases with arthroscopic debridement were collected from January 2011 to January 2013 in author＇s hospital,and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the different treatment method,forty cases in the control group were treated with arthroscopic debridement only,another forty cases in the treatment group with arthroscopic debridement combined with oralling glucosamine sulfate capsule（0.5,oral,tid,for1 months）.The clinical efficacies of two groups of patients,based upon index of severity for osteoarthritis of the knee（Lequene and Mery Scoring system）,were compared in preoperative and postoperative 3months,6 months.Results Compared with preoperative,the scores of osteoarthritis of the knee postoperative were significantly higher（P〈0.05）;Group combined with oralling glucosamine sulfate capsule were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of knee osteoarthritis by arthroscopic arthroscopic debridement combined with oralling glucosamine sulfate capsule may relieve the pain of the knee effectively,and has good recent clinical curative effect,but still need further observation of the long-term effect.
