摘  要:研究了适合新疆地区棉籽油制备生物柴油的工艺条件和检测产物的方法,采用单因素和正交实验优化了棉籽油制备生物柴油的反应条件。结果表明,确定优化反应条件为:醇油摩尔比7:1,碳酸钾的用量为1.0%,反应温度60℃,反应时间2h。在此条件下,产率可达96.7%。该研究结果对棉籽油转化生物柴油的应用具有实际意义。The technology conditions of biodiesel preparation with cottonseed oil suiting Xin Jiang region and the method of detecting products was studied. The single factor and orthogonal experiments methods were conducted to determine the optimal reaction conditions, the final results were listed as follows: the mol ratio of alcohol to oil was 7:1, the amount of potassium carbonate was 1.0%,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the reaction time was 2 h, under which condition the yield reached 96.7%. The study had important practical significance to promote the application of transforming cottonseed oil into biodiesel.
