摘 要:先用水热合成法制备SAPO-34分子筛。再用机械混合法制备了SAPO-34/ZSM-5复合分子筛,借助X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、扫描电镜(SEM)、NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和程序升温氧化(TPO)等手段对其进行了表征。结果表明,SAPO-34/ZSM-5复合分子筛的孔径呈介微孔结构,其比表面积、孔容、弱酸、强酸量均高于ZSM-5和SAPO-34分子筛,并且其反应稳定性优于ZSM-5分子筛。最后,将SAPO-34/ZSM-5复合分子筛用于甲醇芳构化反应,结果表明,在反应温度为460℃、反应压力0.5 MPa、空速(LHSV)1.2 h-1条件下,BTX(苯、甲苯和二甲苯)的收率可达30.5%。Firstly,SAPO-34 zeolite was hyrothermally synthesized. Then SAPO-34 / ZSM-5 composite zeolite was synthesized by mechanical mixing method. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD,N2adsorption-desorption,SEM,NH3-TPD,FTIR and TPO. The results show that the pore diameter of SAPO-34 / ZSM-5 is a aperture of mesoporous and microporous,the specific surface area,the pore volume,the amount of strong acid and weak acid are higher than the ZSM-5 and SAPO-34 zeolite,the reaction stability of SAPO-34 / ZSM-5 zeolite is better than ZSM-5 zeolite. In addition,the catalytic performance of catalysts for the aromatization of methanol were studied. The results showed that in reaction temperature 460 ℃,pressure is 0. 5 MPa,airspeed( LHSV) 1. 2 h- 1,under the condition of BTX( benzene,toluene and xylene) and the yield can reach 30. 5%.
