摘  要:采用超声波辅助乙醇提取何首乌中二苯乙烯苷类物质,考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间和提取功率对提取率的影响。结果表明,提取最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶25 g/m L,提取温度65℃,提取时间1.5 h和提取功率800 W。在此条件下,二苯乙烯苷类物质的提取率达7.19%。Stilbene glycoside were extracted from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb by ultrasonic assisted ethanol method,the effects of ethanol concentration,material-solvent ratio,extracting temperature,extracting time and extracting power were researched. The result showed that the optimal conditions of extraction were determined as follows: ethanol concentration was 60%,material-solvent ratio was 1∶ 25 g / m L,extracting temperature was 65 ℃,extracting time was 1. 5 h and extracting power was 800 W. Under these operation conditions,the maximum rate of extraction of stilbene glycoside was 7. 19%.
