摘  要:用精制硅藻土作载体、V2 O5胶体为钒源、K2 SO4和硫磺粉为助剂,制备负载型纳米V2 O5催化剂,探讨了V2 O5用量、K2 SO4用量、硫磺用量和焙烧温度对催化性能的影响。结果表明,V2 O5用量影响非常显著,硫磺粉用量和焙烧温度影响较为显著,K2 SO4用量为10%~16%时影响不明显。催化剂制备最佳工艺条件为:硅藻土:V2 O5:K2 SO4:硫磺粉﹦100:7:16:7(质量比),焙烧温度800℃。Taking refined diatomite as support and using mixed-milling method,a new type of V2O5 catalyst was successfully prepared by gelatinating V2O5 particles and adding auxiliary reagent. The influences of dosage of V2O5,K2SO4 and sulfur,roasting temperature on catalytic properities were studied. The results show that the effects of dosage of V2O5 on the techniques were highly conspicuous,than dosage of sulfur and roasting temperature were prominent. When the dosage of K2SO4 was 10% ~ 16% influence on the techniques is small. The optimal technics conditions( mass proportion) was w( diatomite) ∶ w( V2O5)∶ w( K2SO4) ∶ w( sulfur) = 100 ∶ 7 ∶ 16 ∶ 7,calcination temperature 800 ℃.
