摘 要:目的探讨采用同伴教育对高职护理新生进行艾滋病健康教育的效果。方法抽取643名护理新生作为研究对象,分为对照组及观察组,分别有321、322例,对照组不予干预,观察组进行同伴教育2月,干预结束后进行艾滋病传播途径知晓情况调查、艾滋病态度持有率调查、艾滋病相关行为持有率调查。结果观察组共用注射器、母婴传播、共用牙刷、共用马桶、共同游泳、蚊子叮咬等的知晓率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组同情帮助艾滋患者、艾滋病并不遥远、可以与艾滋病患者交往、愿意参与艾滋病预防活动等态度持有率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组避孕套可以避孕、预防性病、婚前应避免发生性行为、性交使用安全套等持有率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同伴教育可显著提高艾滋病防控的相关知识,提高对艾滋病的认识程度并纠正了对待艾滋病患者的错误态度。Objective To investigate the effects of AIDS health education by peer education among freshmen of nursing major.Methods A total of 643 freshmen from the nursing major in our college were randomly selected and divided into the control group (n = 321 )and observation group (n = 322 ).The control group received no intervention,while the observation group accepted peer education for 2 months.After that,students’attitude and behavior towards AIDS were evaluated.Results The observation group had higher awareness rate than the control group on sharing syringe,toothbrush and toilet,mother-baby transmission,swimming together and mosquito bite (P 〈0.05).Students in the observation group had more active attitudes towards helping and contacting with AIDS patients,and they were more willing to attend AIDS prevention activity than students in the control group (P 〈0.05).Besides,students in the observation group were more likely to use condom in sex and had less sex before marriage than students in the control group (P 〉 0.05 ).Conclusion Peer education could help to improve the understanding of AIDS prevention and promoting knowledge of AIDS as well as correcting the wrong attitudes among students.
