摘　　要：近年来国内外的研究表明，产科凝血功能紊乱可能导致羊水栓塞、胎盘早剥、胎死宫内以及子痫前期、胎膜早破等多种严重的妊娠并发症，危害母儿健康。现代凝血理论认为，组织因子（tissuefac—tor，TF）可启动凝血过程并引发凝血瀑布反应。Summary Recent studies have shown that the abnormal expressions of tissue factor and tissue factor pathway inhibitor can cause clotting imbalance in pregnant women. Clotting imbalance may lead to a variety of severe preg nancy complications, such as amniotic fluid embolism, placental abruption,intrauterine death, preeclampsia, premature rupture of membranes and so on. It harms maternal and fetal health.
