消定膏配合手法复位中立位小夹板固定治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消定膏配合手法复位、中立位小夹板固定治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折(Col l es骨折)的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的220例Col l es骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各110例,2组均予早期手法复位治疗,中立位小夹板外固定,治疗组外敷消定膏,积分法比较2组优良率和疼痛程度、肿胀指数、X线片骨痂的差异。结果:治疗组优良率优于对照组,疼痛VAS积分、肿胀积分、X线片骨痂积分改善程度治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消定膏可有效缓解Col l es骨折早期疼痛、肿胀,促进骨折愈合。Objective：To study the clinical effect of XiaoDing ointment combining the manual reduction and small splint fixation in neutral position on the cure of Colles fracture. Methods：Totally 220 Colles fracture patients selected standardly were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,every group 110 parients. All of them were reduced early and fixed with small splints in the neutral position, while patients in the treatment group were pasted XiaoDing ointment on the wound. The excellent and good rates, pain severity, swelling indexes as well as X-ray-callus scores were compared in the two groups by integral method. Results：The excellent and good rates of patients in the treatment group were better than that in the control group;the differences of pain and swelling scores by VAS and callus scores by X ray in the treatment group were more significant, compared to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：XiaoDing ointment can effectively ease the early pain and swelling because of Colles fracture and promote the healing of the bone.
