摘　　要：血栓前状态与复发性流产密切相关,无论从"治未病",还是从"有故无殒亦无殒也"的理论出发,中医药在防治复发性流产血栓前状态方面的优势不容忽视。Since recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） is strongly associated with the pre-thrombotic state, Chinese medicine in preventing the pre-thrombotic state of RSA should never be neglected according to the TCM theory, such as the theory of ＂ preventive treatment of diseases＂ and ＂ whether with harsh nature or without, the medicine aiming at diseases can not lead to abortion＂.
