摘  要:磁通反向电机是一种新型的双凸极电机,它的定子绕组能匝链双极性的磁链,具有较高的效率,简单的结构使得该电机成本较低易于制造。然而,由于永磁体磁场恒定,磁场调节困难,针对这一问题,本文提出了一种新型的磁通反向电机的混合励磁结构,并对新结构电机的感应电动势谐波、电感特性和矩角特性等进行了有限元分析。结果证明,这种混合励磁结构能够提高励磁磁场的调节范围变宽和绕组感应电动势的调节范围,从而能满足磁通反向电机宽范围调速的需要。The flux reversal motor(FRM) is a new type of double salient permanent magnet motor (DSPM).As flux reverses polarities in the stator concentrated coils, so the motor has higher induced electromotiveforce and thus a higher power density. Beside it is easy to manufacture as the simple structure at lower cost.However, due to the constant magnetic field of the permanent magnet, FRM has the problem of magneticfield adjustment. To solve this problem, the paper proposed the novel hybrid excited structure of the fluxreversal motor. In this paper, the harmonic of induced electromotive force, inductance characteristic andtorque-angle characteristic were analyzed using FEM. The result show that novel hybrid excited flux reversalmotor can wider the range of the adjustment of induced electromotive force, which means wider the range ofadjustment of the magnetic field, so it can meet the needs of occasions where need wide range of speed control.
