摘 要:切向磁钢混合励磁双凸极电机取消了传统混合励磁双凸极电机的轴向磁路和附加气隙,结构优化设计更为方便。为深入研究该电机,本文首先阐述该电机的结构特点,并建立Ansoft Maxwell 2D场-路耦合模型对其负载特性进行仿真研究,最后通过负载实验得到切向磁钢混合励磁双凸极实验样机在不同励磁电流、转速情况下的外特性。The objective of this paper is to investigate the load characteristics of a novel tangential PM Dou-bly Salient Hybrid Excitation Machine (DSHEM). The tangential PM DSHEM has potential advantages tooffer excellent performance which abandon the axial magnetic circuit and additional air gap of DSHEM. Thestructure features of the tangential PM DSHEM were discussed first. Then 2-D finite element analysis softwarewas developed and the air-gap flux densities with load were researched. After that, a prototype motor waspresented and the external characteristic varied with excitation currents and rotational speeds were obtained.
