摘　　要：直流微电机磁钢高速粘贴技术研究的内容包括电机壳体自动滚涂设备的研制和滚涂工艺制定两方面的内容,永磁直流电机壳体涂胶磁钢粘贴设备是在电机外壳选定内表面处,用带滚动圆形毛刷轮在专用盛胶容器滚动覆盖自固化专用胶粘剂后,使圆形毛刷轮与电机壳体相对转动,并使圆形毛刷轮与壳体接触后给定一定压力,从而把圆形毛刷轮上的胶粘剂均匀涂刷到壳体选定的内表面处,在进行后续工序,并把磁钢压装到相应位置并夹紧固化后,磁钢牢固地粘贴在电机壳体上。文章旨在阐述自动涂胶粘贴设备的工作原理、性能参数、机构组成、使用效果,并通过实践、分析,形成一套成熟的涂胶粘贴工艺,指导电机磁钢自动涂胶粘贴技术新工艺的推广应用。DC micro-motor magnet high speed pasting technology research includes motor shell automaticroller coating equipment and coating process two aspects, the permanent magnet DC motor shell glue magnetpasting device is on the surface of the motor casing in selected, with rolling round brush wheel in the specialglue container rolling coverage self adhesive curing after the round brush wheel, and the motor shell relativerotation, and the circular brush wheel contact with the casing after certain pressure, thus the round brushwheel on the adhesive evenly to the inner surface of the shell was selected, in the folIow-up process, and themagnetic steel is pressed to the corresponding location and clamping after curing, the magnet firmly paste onthe motor shell. This paper expounded the working principle of automatic glue paste, equipment performanceparameters, mechanism, effect, and through the practice, analysis, formed a set of mature glue paste tech-nique, the application of new technology of motor magnet automatic glue paste technique guidance
