利用Excel生成矩形花纹提花轮钢米排列方法

摘　　要：针对目前制作纬编提花工艺时,矩形花纹提花轮钢米排列复杂,费时费力易出错的问题,提出一种利用Excel软件快速准确地自动生成提花轮钢米排列的方法。详细讨论两色提花与三色提花自动生成方法与步骤,包括准备工作、转数与余数计算方法、花型显示区与花型设计区的设置,以及由符号表示、数字表示和图形表示的钢米排列图自动生成方法。结果表明,利用Excel生成矩形花纹提花轮钢米的方法可满足生产要求,操作简单,新颖实用,大大提高了提花轮花纹设计效率,对企业生产有一定参考价值。In terms of the problem of complex and error-prone rectangle pattern wheel bits arrangement when making jacquard technology of weft knitted fabric, this paper presents a new method of automatic rectangle pattern wheel bits arrangement which is fast and accurate by means of the properly use of Excel software. It introduces in detail the automatic needle selection method and steps of two-color and three-color jacquard including preparatory work, the computing method of revolution and remainder, pattern design Range, auto-generated methods of wheel bits arrangement and so on. The results show that this new method can completely meet the requirement of produc-tion, which is simple, innovative and practical and has a certain reference for production management innovation in relevant enterprises.
