摘 要:采用聚丙烯酸酯对水性聚氨酯进行物理共混改性,制得改性聚氨酯整理液,并对羊毛针织物进行整理,测试并比较了整理前后羊毛针织物的防毡缩性能和折皱回复性能,进行了分散染料染色和转移印花试验。结果表明,改性聚氨酯整理后羊毛针织物的防毡缩性能以及折皱回复性能得以提高;改性聚氨酯整理后羊毛针织物对分散染料具有一定的亲和力,并具有较好的转移印花效果。Water-based polyurethane was modified by polyacrylate through physical blending, and the modified polyurethane finishing liquor was made. The wool fabric was finished by the finishing liquor, and the anti-felting and wrinkle recovery performance of wool fabric before and after finishing were tested and compared. The wool fab-ric was dyed by disperse dyes, and the transfer printing test was also done. The results show that the anti-felting and wrinkle recovery performance of wool fabric after finishing by modified polyurethane are improved; wool fabric after finishing by modified polyurethane has a certain affinity to disperse dyes and the effect of transfer printing is good.
