彩路软件在针织提花中的应用性研究

摘　　要：分别介绍针织提花图案传统处理的方法，以及利用彩路软件对特殊尺寸的提花图案和菱形格几何图案的处理方法，并对比分析两种方法的工艺过程。结果表明，使用彩路软件后，普通提花产品的效率可提高30%-40%，复杂提花产品的效率可提高70%-80%；在电子提花机上编织时不用打印图纸，避免了图纸的浪费，也解决了图纸管理的难题，能明显提高企业的经济效益。The paper introduces and compares two methods of Jacquard Pattern treatment, one is the traditional method,the other is to Software to treat special dimension and Diamond lattice geometrical pattern. The results show that, by using Cadwalk Software, the efficiency of Ordinary Jacquard products can be improved by 30%-40%, Complex Jacquard products improved by 70%-80%. Simultaneously, the pattern drawings are not necessary printed, thus it reduces the waste of the drawings paper, and also solve the problem of drawing paper management, and it can significantly improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
