摘  要:通过水蒸气汽提法提取罗汉松中精油,考察了六种常见无机盐对精油收率的影响,结果表明,氯化钠是水蒸气汽提中首选无机盐。并考察了氯化钠溶液的最佳浓度为4%。同时利用采用气质联用仪对加盐和不加盐下的精油成份进行了分析比对,发现两种情况下精油中的主要成份及含量基本一致。Essential oil of podocarpus in hangzhou was extracted by salting-out steam distillation.The effects of six kinds of common inorganic salt on the yield of essential oil were investigated, which showed that sodium chloride was preferred.The optimal concentration of sodium chloride solution was 4%.Ingredients of essential oil with and without salt was analyzed by GC/MS, which showed that the major component of essential oil under the two situations was nearly the same.
