摘  要:针对目前职业院校为了在技能大赛中取得优异的成绩更注重技能的培训,而忽略了实际操作赖以支撑的理论知识的学习,陷入"技能教育"误区,笔者结合多年技能大赛培训经验,通过将理论知识以"必需和够用"为原则渗透到技能培训中,使选手的技术和能力得到同步提升,是培养出具有一定专业理论知识的高素质技能型专门人才的有效途径。Vocational schools are into a “technical education” myths as paying more attention with training skills to achieve excellent results in competition while ignoring theoretical knowledge study which is the support of actual operation.With the experience in the skills competition training of many years, it was studied that through the principle of“necessary and sufficient”, combined theoretical knowledge teaching with skills training can improve the players'technology and capacity.It was proved as an effective way to the training of high skilled professionals with theoretical knowledge.
