摘　　要：目的为改善烧伤瘢痕切除后移植皮片的外形和功能,并减轻供皮区瘢痕形成。方法应用J-1型脱细胞异体真皮与自体刃厚皮复合移植于切除瘢痕创面8例。结果6例复合皮完全成活,2例大部分成活。5例0.5～2年随访,未发现排异现象,外观平整,颜色近正常肤色,弹性好,挛缩轻,局部功能好,供皮区均无瘢痕形成。结论脱细胞异体真皮与自体刃厚皮复合移植于切除瘢痕创面为一种较理想的材料。Objective To improve the appearance and function of the grafted site,and reduce the scarring of the donor site.Methods Acellular allogenic dermis (J-1type)with split-thickness autologous skin were used to cover the scar-excision wound in8cases.Results Compound skin was completely alive in6cases,in large part in2cases.The compound skin graft has better appearance and elasticity,less contractive and scarring through follow-up for6to24months in5cases.Conclusion Acellular allogenic dermis with split-thickness autologous skin used to cover the scar-excision wound is an ideal material.
