摘　　要：为了适应连铸技术的飞跃发展，提高连铸坯内部质量，降低耐火材料消耗，减少生产事故，对我厂小方坯连铸机所使用的浸入式水口进行研究并优化，使之适合我厂的工艺条件，取得了良好的经济效益。In order to meet leap development of continuous casting technology and improve internal quality of billet and reduce refractory consumption and productive accidents, the submerged nozzle used in billet caster in our plant is studied and optimized to make it meet technological conditions. Good economic benefit is obtained.
