摘 要:为了提高生产效率,提高转炉炼钢终点命中率,开发了一种基于激光烟气分析技术的新型转炉炼钢动态控制模型系统,对炼钢过程碳含量进行实时预报,并对终点碳温进行精确预报。该系统采用激光式烟气分析仪实时检测烟气中的CO、CO2含量及烟气流量,以冶金热力学、动力学及物理化学平衡为基础建立分析模型,结合数学统计分析,对不同阶段的脱碳规律进行分析,并根据钢厂冶炼操作实际情况进行修正,实现对转炉吹炼过程及终点碳含量的准确预报。In order to improve production efficiency and endpoint hitting rate of BOF steelmaking, a new model system based on laser analysis of off-gas used for dynamic control of BOF steelmaking has been developed to forecast carbon content in molten steel during steelmaking in real time and pre- cisely predict carbon and temperature of molten steel at the end point. The system uses a laser gas analyzer to test CO, CO2 and flow rate of off-gas, constructs an analysis model on the basis of metallurgical thermodynamics and dynamics and physical chemical equilibrium, analyzes decarbonization in the different stages by mathematical and statistical methods, calculates and modifies carbon content in carbon content in molten steel and realizes precise forecast of carbon content in molten steel during oxygen blowing and at the endpeint.
