摘  要:以典型草原与荒漠草原冷蒿植株为供试材料,在花期内测定不同居群冷蒿营养枝、生殖枝内源激素吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)含量的动态变化。结果表明:在花期发育过程锡林浩特市与鄂托克旗冷蒿中IAA、A9.BA、GA3含量变化均差异显著。其中三者的浓度关系为:GA3>IAA>ABA。两试验区进入花期内源ABA浓度都呈上升趋势,可以确定其对冷蒿而言是促进成花的激素。IAA与GA3进入花期总体呈下降的趋势,表明二者对于成花具有抑制作用。内源激素比例分析表明,两试验区ABA/IAA和ABA/GA3比值进入花期呈上升的趋势,到盛开期达到顶峰,之后迅速降低,反映出激素的平衡对于其成花亦起着重要的调控作用。Experiments were conducted by typical grassland and desert grassland, the change of hormones contents during vegetative shoots.flowering branch in different groups of Artemisia frigida including three hormones, IAA,GAs and ABA. The results show that: During the development process of flowering, the content of IAA. ABA.GA3 was distinct differences from Xilinhot and Etuokeqi. The concentration relationship of GAa. IAA and ABA was GA3〉IAA〉ABA. Into two experimental areas, during the flowering, the concentration of ABA was increasing. It was contributed to flower formation of Artemisia frigida Overall, during the flowering, the concentration of IAA and GAs was decreasing, it inhibited flower formation. The analysis shows that the proportion of contents-ABA/IAA and ABA/ GAs was increasing in the period of flowering and peaking in the blooming period. Then, it was dropped swiftly. Results that:The balance of contents played an important role in flowering formation.
