建筑企业隐性安全成本影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：为研究建筑企业隐性安全成本受哪些因素影响,利用文献梳理和专家咨询的方法,归纳总结了25个影响建筑企业隐性安全成本的事前因素和事后因素,并通过问卷调查对各个影响因素进行量化评分,同时运用因子分析法从25个影响因素中提取出8个公共因子,并对每个公共因子对建筑企业隐性安全成本的影响作用进行了实证分析。结果表明:建筑企业隐性安全成本的关键影响因素可以反映在8个公共因子上,其中主要的事前影响因素为企业实力和经验因素、企业安全投入和组织管理因素,主要的事后影响因素为企业主要间接损失(商誉损失、机会损失、工效损失),企业可以根据自身状况对8个公共因子进行分析,制定隐性安全成本管理策略,从而预防和控制隐性安全成本。To find the influence factors of hidden safety costs of construction enterprises,this paper summarizes 25 factors affecting hidden safety costs by literature review and experts consultation. Then the paper quantifies the 25 factors by questionnaire investigation, uses the factor analysis model to extract 8 public factors from the 25 factors, and analyzes the impacts of each public factor on construction enterprises. The result shows the key factors of construction enterprises＇ hidden safety costs can be reflected in 8 public factors. The main pre-factors are the strength and experience, safety investment and management, the main post-factors are the indirect loss in reputation, opportunity and productivity. Construction enterprises can analyze the 8 public factors according to their own situation and formulate strategies to prevent and control hidden safety costs.
