摘　　要：[目的]探讨护理干预对无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)合并呼吸衰竭病人生命体征及血气分析指标的影响。[方法]选择合肥市第三人民医院呼吸内科2010年10月—2012年2月收治的应用无创通气治疗AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭病人37例,在无创通气前、通气中进行有效的护理干预,观察通气前后心率、RR、pH、血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)的变化。[结果]通过有效的护理干预措施,通气治疗后的心率、RR、pH、PaCO2、PaO2、SpO2较通气前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]对于AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭病人应用无创通气治疗时护理人员采取适时的护理干预,可显著提高治疗效果。Objective：To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on vital signs and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation （AECOPD） complicated with respiratory failure received non-invasive ventilation treatment Methods： A total of 37 cases of AECOPD patients complicated with respiratory failure were selected who were treated with noninvasive ventilation in department of respiratory medicine in the third people＇s hospital in hefei city from October 2010 to February 2012. They received the effective nursing intervention before noninvasive ventilation and during ventilation and to observe the change of heart rate, RR, p H, blood CO2 partial pressure（PaCO2 ）, blood oxygen partial pressure （PaO2）,blood oxygen saturation （SpO2） before and after the ventilation. Results：Through effective nursing interventions, the heart rate, RR, pH, PaCO2, PaO2, SpOz were improved significantly after ventilation treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： For the AECOPD patients complicated with respiratory failure receiving non- invasive ventilation,the timely nursing intervention can significantly improve the curative effect.
