摘 要:通过对增程式电动汽车动力辅助单元的工作原理与特性的研究分析,设计一种基于CAN总线的APU控制系统。基于MC9S12X系列的双核微控单元,设计了数据采集模块,转速控制模块和CAN通信模块,利用双核运行环境提高了CAN通信和控制系统的实时性;运用Tellus进行了通信模块的开发、调试与监测,并搭建实验台架进行APU控制系统测试,验证了所设计的APU控制系统的有效性。An Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) control system based on CAN bus was proposed in this paper. The principles and characteristics of the APU in Extended-Range Electric Vehicle (E-REV) were analyzed in detail. The data acquisition module, speed control module and CAN communication module were designed using MC9S12X series microcontroller which has dual- core micro control unit. The real-time performance of the CAN communication and control system was improved due to utilization of the dual-core resource. The communication module was developed, debugged and monitored using the Tellus. An experimental bench was also built to test the APU control system. According to the experimental results, the effectiveness of the designed APU control system was verified.
