摘　　要：知识转移已成为一个战略性问题,大学在推动并促成学术研究商业化中的作用千差万别,大学与产业之间互动明确的管理模式以及知识转移过程的识别都不是一件简单的事情。通过对现有关于大学知识转移治理的文献进行归纳和整理,分别从大学知识转移的模式和机构、知识转移机构中的知识转移治理、知识转移制度以及知识转移的绩效和激励等方面,对国外大学知识转移治理研究进行综述,在此基础上提出大学知识转移治理的研究局限以及未来展望,明确大学知识转移治理的进一步研究方向。Knowledge transfer has become a strategic issue.Universities vary enormously in the extent to which they pro-mote and succeed in commercializing academic research.The identification of clear -cut models of governance for universi-ty industry interactions and knowledge transfer processes is not straightforward.It analyzes connotation of the Models and Institutions of University KT,KTOs in the Governance of KT,Institutionalized KT and KT Performance and Incentives.Based on the review,the paper proposes some limitations and future orientations,and specifies the further directions of the governance of university knowledge transfer.
