基于横、纵双向协同的物流服务供应链研究

摘　　要：当前关于供应链协同的研究主要面向于横向协同或纵向协同,对于物流服务商参与的供应链研究也主要体现在纵向协同的层面上,而现实中,供应链系统上下游企业在进行纵向协同的过程中也可能同时采取横向协同的形式。基于此,建立了由供应商、物流服务商和两销售商组成的供应链系统,通过对两销售商不同供应链协同方式比较发现,仅横向协同的供应链系统优于横、纵均不协同的供应链系统,且横向协同供应链具有纵向溢出效应。进一步将横、纵双向协同的供应链模型与仅横向协同的供应链模型进行对比发现,横、纵双向协同情形下,不仅市场需求量增大,销售商的创新投入也加大,并且销售商的单位销售成本也降低,更关键的是系统总利润获得了提高,消费者满意度也进一步改善。最后通过算例对结论进行了论证。At present,research of supply chain system is mainly about the horizontal or vertical collaboration,and logistics service supply chain is also studied at the level of vertical collaboration,but in reality,supply chain enterprises may also take horizontal collaboration in vertical collaboration process.Based on this,supply chain system is consisted of supplier, logistics service provider and two vendors in this paper.The paper indicates that horizontal collaboration is superior to non-horizontal innovation by comparison,and horizontal collaboration has “vertical spillover”effect.Further comparison is made between horizontal -vertical two -way collaboration model and single horizontal collaboration model.Then we found market demand is increased;business innovation is also increased;the unit cost of sales is reduced in supply chain system of horizontal -vertical two -way collaboration,but the most important problem is that the total profit is increased and con-sumer satisfaction is improved.Finally,conclusion is proved with a numerical example.
