摘　　要：能源资源富集地区高耗能产业群(冶金、化工、电力、建材等)在循环经济建设中形成了众多的供应链关系,应进行供应链协同管理以提高资源利用效率。从产业群循环经济协同发展的视角研究高耗能产业群供应链协同管理运营系统的建设,主要就几个基础性问题如供应链系统构建、运营模式、流程和对策等方面进行探讨。分析表明,该系统的建设不仅有重要意义,而且是可行的。Lots of supply chain relationships have been formed among the energy intensive industries mainly referring to metallurgical,chemical engineering,building material and coal -fired power industries under the construction of circular e-conomy.It is necessary to increase resources utilization efficiency through supply chain coordinated management.From the perspective of circular economy coordinated development of industrial cluster,the supply chain coordinated management op-erating system for energy intensive industries is discussed,focusing on supply chain system building,operating mode,flow path and countermeasures.It shows that such a system is not only of great importance,but also feasible.
