摘　　要：随着图书馆建设运动日渐高涨,梁启超审时度势,明确反对照搬美国大力发展公共图书馆的做法,主张建立"中国的图书馆学",倡导图书馆学的本土化。该理念源于梁启超中西融合、自觉自信的文化观。时至今日,他的中西文化观和图书馆学本土化理念,对于我国图书馆学研究仍有积极的借鉴意义。With the rapid development of library construction, Liang Qichao analyzed the situation and clearly objected to copying the ways that the Americans vigorously developed their public libraries, claimed to set up Chinese library science, and advocated the indigenization of library science, which originated from his cultural perspective of Chinese and Western combination and his cultural confidence and consciousness. Even to this day, his view of Chinese and Western combination and his ideal of indigenization of library science are still of great significance to Chinese library science research.
