胃肠超声造影与X线钡餐检查对消化性溃疡的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠超声造影与X线钡餐两种检查方法在诊断消化性溃疡中的应用价值。方法选取130例患者,其中门诊胃肠超声造影检查异常68例(A组),X线钡餐检查异常62例(B组),所有患者住院后行胃镜+活体组织检查。结果经胃镜+活体组织检查证实为消化性溃疡的患者,A组50例;B组45例。结论与X线钡餐检查相比,胃肠超声造影是一种安全、无创、有效的消化性溃疡的诊断方法。[ Objective ] To investigate the value of uhrasonic contrast and X-ray barium meal examination in the diagnosis of peptic ulcer. [Methods] Among the 130 patients in this study, 68 patients received the examination of uhrasonic contrast （group A） and 62 patients received X-ray barium meal examination （group B）. All the patients received the examination of endoscopy and biopsy. [Results ] Fifty cases in the group A and forty-five cases in the group B were confirmed as peptic ulcer by endoscopy and biopsy. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉 0.05）, [Conclusions] Compared with the X-ray barium meal examination, gastrointestinal ultrasonic contrast is a safe, noninvasive and effective diagnostic method for diagnosis of peptic ulcer.
