摘  要:工作场所苯系物是最重要的污染之一,对人身体有较强的危害,本文研究用Clarus550色谱有效分离苯系物,试验建立分析方法,优化平衡条件,采用外标法定量计算分析结果。用该法测定了6种芳香烃类化合物,通过实验数据验证了各组分的准确度与精密度,测定值与标准值基本一致,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%。Benzene in workplace is one of the most serious pollution, and has a strong effect on human body. The benzene was separated by Clarus 550 chromatograph and a analysis method was established. The conditions were optimized; the results were analyzed by external standard method. 6 kinds of aromatic hydrocarbons were determined, and the accuracy and precision were testified. The estimated values accord with standard values. The relative standard deviation was less than 2%.
