摘　　要：目的探讨老年人肺挫伤的诊断及治疗方法。方法总结临床58例老年人肺挫伤的诊治经过及治疗结果。结果本组老年人肺挫伤58例,其中死亡1例,其余均治愈。结论尽早明确诊断,处理合并伤,积极应用呼吸机,合理应用抗生素及防治并发症是救治成功的关键。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of elderly pulmonary contusion. Methods The data of 58 cases of elderly puhnonary contusion were collected and their diagnosis, treatment, and outcome were summarized. Results Among the 58 cases, only one died, and the rest were cured. Conclusion The early diagnosis, treatment of associated injuries, positive application of ventilators, rational use of antibiotics, and prevention of complications are the key of success in the treatment of elderly pulmonary contusion.
