新媒体背景下我国体育赛事转播权的保护研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、案例分析法和比较分析法对我国体育赛事转播权的现状进行分析,找出其目前出现的问题,尤其在新媒体背景下出现的垄断经营、相关法律缺失、一些网站侵权等现象,最后对于出现的问题提出相应的对策与建议。By employing the methods of literature review,case analysis and comparative analysis, this paper has analyzed the legal protection condition of sports game broadcasting rights in China and tried to find out the problems,especially the phenomena such as monopoly,lack of relevant laws, website infringement in new media age,and finally offer suggestions for these problems.
